Changed your mind? That's fine.

Two things cover you here. The first is your legal right to cancel, which every UK shopper has. The second is our own 90-day guarantee, which goes further. You can use whichever suits you.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You do not have to give us a reason, and the kit does not have to be faulty.

To cancel, email glaceuk.co@gmail.com with your order number and the words "I am cancelling my order". Once you have told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the kit back.

Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee

Separately, and in addition to the right above, we give you 90 days from delivery to decide. Use the ritual properly. If your skin doesn't look calmer, fresher and more sculpted — or if you simply don't love it — email us and we'll refund every penny.

This guarantee is ours, not a legal requirement. It does not replace or limit your 14-day statutory right in any way.

How to return your kit

1. Email glaceuk.co@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and confirm anything you need to know.
3. Pack the kit so it arrives undamaged — the original box is ideal.
4. Send it back and keep your proof of postage until the refund lands.

Your refund

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we'll refund you within 14 days, to the card or account you paid with.

Under the 14-day cancellation right, your refund includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid. Delivery on GLACÉ orders is free, so in practice you get back what you paid for the kit.

If something arrives faulty or damaged

That's different from changing your mind, and you're covered for longer. Email us with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll replace it or refund you. You will not pay postage on a faulty item.
